Back to 1998, we were the very first China company manufacturing and supplying coil inserts and ferrule inserts to North America. More than 25years' devotion to this industry has grown us from a novice to veteran. Either manufactured by our own factories or strategic partners with proven tracking record, our product range has been widely expanded to include a huge diversity of construction hardware such as bridge overhang bracket, form brace aligner, lift foot anchor, concrete precast insert, cast in channel, lifting loop and rapid lifting system etc. We are proud of maintaining loyal relationship with valued customers and partners all over the world.
We are manufacturing and supplying SAFETY relating products, it has been always a firm idea in our mind that quality shall always prevail. Our history
1998
Qingdao Delifeng Machinery Co., Ltd (aka DLF) was founded by Mr. Xiude Song to manufacture construction hardware for supply to US market through a local trading company, products then were coil and ferrule inserts only, it was known later that we were the first foreign company manufacturing such products for supply to US.
2005
Believe or not, but it's true that DLF had been focusing on manufacturing only coil and ferrule inserts for 7years till 2005 when a customer brought a new item to Mr. Song asking him whether or not he could make it in China. This new item is a flat steel anchor (aka Concrete Lifting Anchor, Fleet Lift Anchor, Rapid Lift Anchor etc) for precast concrete lifting. Mr. Song said yes after 7months by providing his customer conforming samples along with attractive pricing. Before sampling, lots of experiments had been performed with the newly added production and test equipments.
After 25years, coil and ferrule inserts still proudly remain in our wide range of products nowadays. Flat steel anchor became our second product series in 2005 till today.
2010
Besides capabilities in metal stamping and welding, significant funds were invested into new equipments to include die casting in our production capabilities. A new factory for die casted products was built up 3miles away from the old factory which is still in operation today for construction hardware.
Right from here, DLF started to manufacture water pump impeller in its old factory and water pump housing in its new factory, both were then and are now still supplying to a world leading manufacturer of water pump for vehicle cooling system.
Along with more and more customers coming in, DLF's construction hardware was greatly expanded to cover nearly all products in the field of forming and concrete precast.
2011
DLF moved its office into a new building on the site of its new factory. Most importantly, DLF established this year its own test lab for quality assurance and new product development. The test lab is well-equipped with necessary instruments and facilities which were partly provided or funded by one of its devoted customers hard-earned over the past years.
2012
R&D department was established. Job of this department is defined as:
- Provide technical support to all aspects of our manufacturing processes.
- New product development and tooling design.
- Work with clients to meet specific requirements.
A tooling shop was set up this year to serve DLF's own needs from stamping and die casting production. Besides, mold and tooling are part of our business nowadays.
In this year, DLF was certified by ISO:9001 - 2008.
2013
DLF launched its new product - water pump for vehicle cooling system and moved its first step into automotive industry. Today, DLF is one of the 10 top leading manufacturer and supplier of auto water pump in China.
2014
DLF was certified by TS 16949: 2009 which is now known as IATF 16949: 2016.
DLF started its machining work shop by investing huge fund in acquiring CNC and machining centers with cutting-edge technology. Machining was added into its production capabilities.
2015
DLF shipped water pumps to a customer from Italy, it's our first international order of water pumps.
2016
DLF was merged into ERH company.
2019
DLF was certified by ISO:14001: 2015.
Lyhigh Construction Hardware - a new company by ERH - started working with DLF to expand inernational market share of construction hardware.
